RK Hi-5s Turf Presents KOVAI PREMIER LEAGUE ( Box Cricket Tournament May 2022 )

🔶 Tournament is Conducted in League Type Format. 8 Teams will be Divided into 4 groups. 8 Teams per group. ( Total 32 Teams )

🔶 Match Starts on Sunday (May 1).. Tournament will be continued on Every Weekend of May ( Sunday Only )

🔶 Re-Entries Available for Every Weekend .

🔶Entry Fee - Rs.2250 per Team.

🔶 Winners - Rs.15,000 + �
   Runners - Rs. 7,500 + ðŸ�†
   3rd Place - Rs. 2,500 + ðŸ�†

🔶 All Teams Must Report Before 30 Minutes of the given Match Timing.

🔶 Match will be Played with Green Light Weight Tennis Ball 🎾 Provided by the Committee.

🔶 In League Stage, Each Team will Play 3 Matches facing all the Teams in the respective group.

🔶 2 Points will be Given for a win. +1 Bonus will be given for the following ( Chasing :- if the team Chases the Target Within 4 overs) (Defending :- if the team restricts the opponents withing the 70% of the total Target)

🔶 If Points are Tie., Head to Head win will be counted.

🔶 Team Leading the 1st Position in the Point Table will be declared as the Winners of the Respective Groups.

🔶 Winners of Group A,  Group B, Group C, Group D  will play the SemiFinals & Grand Finale on May 29 Night .( Sunday )

Rules & Regulations;-
🔶 Match will be Played with 6 Players a Side from a Roaster of 8 provided at the Time of Registration.

🔶 6 Overs Match .. Every Player must bowl a Over.

🔶 2 Substitutes allowed Per Match. Substitutes can Only Play if a Player is Injured, Decision will be Made by the Umpire.

🔶Incase of a Tie, Winner will be decided by Super Over.

🔶 Only Chucking is Permitted ( underarm Bowling, Bowling Action, Bowling Run ups are not Allowed )

🔶 Speed Limit is 32 MPH Speed will be Checked using Speed gun. Over speed will be Declared as No Ball

Rules for Fielding & Runs :-
🔶 Runs can be Scored by hitting 4 & 6 & running between the wickets. Boudaries will be awarded if the ball hits the long straight Boundary line or net.

🔶  Overthrow attracts runs ( boundaries included )

🔶 Waist High No ball & Over Step No ball attracts  1 run & Freehit .

🔶 2g will be Granted when/if the Ball directly hits the nets in between the poles in both sides ( legside & Offside ).

🔶 Wicket Keeper is Mandatory. Not More than 2 fielders shall stand behind the Bowling Crease.

🔶 If the ball touches the top net and goes on to touch the long straight boundary, 4 runs will be awarded.

SemiFinals & Grand Finale:-
🔶SemiFinals & Finals will be 8 overs Match. 

🔶All the 6 Players must bowl atleast 1 over. 2 players can bowl 2 overs each.
