Collector Dr. G S Sameeran on Tuesday announced that the administration was all set to conduct the 6th edition of the Coimbatore Book Festival on Friday (July 22). This will be inaugurated by Electricity Minister V SENTHIL BALAJI.
This will be a 10days event, the Booksellers and Publishers Association of South India and CODISSIA will conduct this festival.
After 2 years this festival is going to be held on this Friday that is on 22nd July. At this event, the administration is expecting nearly one lakh students to participate. For this event, a few buses are arranged to the event venue for free travel for the visitors.
Cultural programs, musical events, speeches, and debates will also be conducted at this event.
