Coimbatore District Superintendent of police V BADRI NARAYANAN has appointed a special police force to launch an in-depth search to catch the drug dealers in Coimbatore.
Special SI and Department officials conducted checking operations under the periyanaickenpalayam Police Inspector. On checking vehicles in the Pudupalayam Railway Bridge area, there they stopped a two-wheeler, On searching them police found 300 narcotic painkillers, needles for injecting them into the body, and half kg of Ganja.
Police caught them red handed seized all of the stuff, their mobile phones, and the two-wheeler. They also arrested the trio gang ( Azharuddin alias Azhar from Kanuvai, Sakaya Vijay from idayarpalayam, Gokul from vadavalli ).
